Selection Hub, Discounts & Refund Policy

Thanks for shopping at Selection Hub. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Selection Hub

  • If you have purchased two courses on the same number, then you have 48 hours to make a request for Selection Hub. Request after 48 hours from the date of purchase for change in number or transfer of course to another number will not be considered.
  • If you have purchased one course then Selection Hub or transfer of course to another number requests shall not be considered.

Discounts

  • Selection Hub. reserves the right to amend discounts and the way in which they are calculated without prior notice. It also reserves the right to amend the Validity dates of the discounts.
  • Selection Hub. reserves the right to suspend or terminate any offers / discounts or alter the terms and conditions stated herein at any time without prior notice. The Price on Store may or may not reflect the price after discount. Offers cannot be combined for additional discounts.

Returns

You have 24 hours to return an e-course from the date you purchased it. A Refund Request will be deemed valid only if it is made through an email to selectionhubsupport@gmail.com within 24 hours of purchase. No Refund requests would be entertained after 24 hours from the date of purchase.

Refunds

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days (minimum 5-7 working days), depending on your card issuer's policies.

Change of instructor/s

In the unavoidable circumstances when the instructor conducting online classes is not available continue, Selection Hub will take the complete responsibility of engaging alternate subject matter expert to continue the classes. These changes will not warrant the refund.

Banking Charges

You will be responsible for paying for your own banking charges for returning your e- course. Banking costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of banking will be deducted from your refund.
